We want RESPIRA to earn a place in your routine. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Items should be returned in reasonable condition with proof of purchase.

EU/EEA & UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Notify us before the 14-day period expires to exercise this right. For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or unsealed may be excluded from the standard withdrawal right where permitted by law.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and reason for return through our Contact page. We will provide instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 14 days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
