Shipping Policy

RESPIRA ships to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all US orders over $65
• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $4.99 for orders under $65
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $9.99

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order ships.

Return Policy

We want you to love your RESPIRA experience. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Single-use or opened diffuser pens are not eligible for return for hygienic reasons

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@respira.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
